During the discussions, Dr. Jalloh highlighted the unique vulnerabilities faced by small economies such as Sierra Leone, particularly in responding to global economic and climate-related shocks. He emphasized the urgent need for more flexible financing mechanisms and stronger international support to help developing countries build resilience.
