Keystone One Properties Investment has officially launched its operations in Sierra Leone, marking the occasion with the unveiling of a strategic partnership with the Sierra Leone Housing Corporation (SALHOC) and the introduction of a new luxury apartment project.
The high-profile event brought together key stakeholders from SALHOC, including the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Madam Kaday Zoronkong, who traveled from Bo District; the General Manager, Mr. Joseph Munda Sandi; the Deputy General Manager, Mr. Emmanuell Tommy; and other members of the management team.
Keystone One Properties, a premier real estate and urban planning company, offers a wide range of services, including architectural design, property management, sales support, and investment consultation. With a global presence, including operations in Dubai, the company aims to drive infrastructure development, strengthen global connectivity, and support urban regeneration in Sierra Leone while expanding its footprint across the region.
Delivering her keynote address, the Chief Executive Officer of Keystone One Properties Investment, Esther Finda Bangali, described the company as a bridge between architectural excellence and community-driven development. She outlined its core services, including real estate brokerage, the buying and selling of land and houses, property investment consultation, land verification and documentation support, and property marketing for sellers.
She emphasized her vision to contribute meaningfully to Sierra Leone’s development, noting that the company’s presence is not solely about expansion but also about building local capacity and delivering positive impact. She expressed appreciation to SALHOC—particularly the General Manager for supporting her vision following the trust established in the United Arab Emirates.
In his remarks on the partnership, Mr. Joseph Munda Sandi described the collaboration as a major step toward addressing Sierra Leone’s housing challenges. He highlighted the growing demand for housing and acknowledged government efforts under the leadership of President Julius Maada Bio, referencing the National Development Plan’s target of constructing 20,000 homes by 2030.
He further disclosed that Sierra Leone faces a housing deficit of nearly one million units, driven by increasing demand from over 120,000 public and private sector workers, as well as a growing middle class. He stressed that SALHOC remains committed to partnering with credible investors like Keystone One Properties to help bridge this gap and deliver sustainable housing solutions.
The event concluded with the official launch and unveiling of the luxury apartment project, signaling a new chapter in efforts to expand access to quality housing in Sierra Leone.
