Mohamed Kallon a footballer made his first appearance before the Justice of Peace Mrs Memunatu B Sesay and Francis Abu on Wednesday 27th November 2024 on four count charges to wit Threatening language contrary to section 3 (ii) of the Public Order Act No.46 of 1965, Conspiracy to commit an offence to wit malicious damage contrary to section 51 of the malicious damage Act 1861 , trespass contrary to section 15 (1) (b) of the Public Order Act 1965, and malicious damage.

According to the particulars of offence on a date unknown between the 1st to 30th April 2024 at Angola Town off peninsular Road the western area in Freetown did make use or threatening language against Mr Foday Kamara.

Count two further stated that on the same date and place the accused person maliciously destroyed an electric pole valued 3,000 by causing it to fall on the ground and broke, property of the complainant herein.

Count three further stated that on the same date and place the accused person unlawfully entered the access road up to the gate of the complainant herein and refused to leave when they told him to leave.

Count four further stated that on the same date and place the accused person maliciously destroyed four big electric bulbs, valued at forty pounds sterling property of Yabome Mariama Kamara and Foday Kamara.

When the matter was mentioned on the 22nd November 2024 the accused was absent and bench warrant was issued against him

The defense counsel S.R Bangura asked for a ADR. The ADR was granted and by the Justice of Peace Mrs Memunatu B Sesay and she adjourned the matter to the 10th December 2024.
