Vice President Mohamed Juldeh Jalloh of Sierra Leone led the Signing Ceremony of Ministerial Performance Contracts (MPC) at the State House, underscoring the government’s commitment to the nation’s Medium-Term National Development Plan for 2024–2030. Held in Freetown on April 12, 2024, the event highlighted the imperative of ministerial accountability and collective action in advancing Sierra Leone’s development objectives.

VP Jalloh emphasized the significance of MPCs in evaluating ministerial dedication towards national development. By signing these contracts, ministers pledged to uphold the aspirations of the Sierra Leonean people.
