The Sierra Leone Ports and Harbours Authority (SLPHA) informed the public that the recruitment advertisement currently circulating on social media, claiming that the Authority is recruiting Casual Workers on a three-month contract, is FALSE and was not issued by the Sierra Leone Ports and Harbours Authority.
The public is strongly advised to disregard the advertisement and refrain from contacting or making any payment to the phone number provided or to any individual claiming to facilitate employment with the Authority. SLPHA does not charge any fee at any stage of its recruitment process.
All recruitment exercises conducted by SLPHA are officially announced through the Authority’s verified communication channels and reputable media outlets. Whenever vacancies arise, they will be publicly advertised on these official platforms.
SLPHA urges everyone to remain vigilant and rely solely on the Authority’s official communication channels its website, Facebook, WhatsApp, and X for accurate and authentic information regarding recruitment opportunities and all other official announcements.
