Supreme Court Sets October 7 for Constitutional Amendment Cases

The Supreme Court of Sierra Leone has announced that all matters filed before the Court relating to the Constitutional Amendment will be heard on October 7, 2026.

In a public notice issued on September 15, 2026, the Supreme Court said the cases will be handled expeditiously to ensure their timely resolution in accordance with the laws of Sierra Leone.

The notice was issued by Peter M. Kamara, Acting Registrar of the Supreme Court, on behalf of the Judiciary of Sierra Leone.
