22 years old Idrissa Kamara made his first appearance before Magistrate Peter Brima Gogra of Pademba road court No.6 in Freetown on a count of Larceny contrary to section 2 of the Larceny Act 1916
According to the particulars of the offence on Sunday 28th June 2023 at No.22 Cartoon Carew off Wilkinson Road the western area in Freetown Stole one pink bag containing the Sum of three thousand Leones (3,000) property of Adiatu Kamara.
When the charge was read and explained to the accused person, he pleaded guilty.
The prosecutor Inspector Musu Edna Kpulun told the court that fact as a charge no available records against the accused person.
The accused person was unrepresented and he pleaded with the court to temper justice with mercy.
Meanwhile, Magistrate Gogra sentenced the accused person to eight months imprisonment at the male correctional centre in Freetown
