Tamba Foday, an accuse of Koakoquima town in Tankoro Chiefdom, Kono District has on the 10th November,2022 made his first appearance before Magistrate Alpha Ndolleh at the Sefadu Magistrate Court at D.O. Barracks in Koidu City, Kono District for sexual penetration contrary to section nineteen (19) of the sexual offences Act 2012 as amended by section four (a) subsection two of the sexual amendment Act 2019.
The particulars of offence state that the accused allegedly sexually penetrated an underage on the 14th September, 2022.
The matter was adjourned to s4th November, 2022. Sgt. 9407 Patrick Kabia is prosecuting.
In another matter, Tamba Anthony Matturie age 17 made his first appearance before Magistrate Alpha Ndolleh in the Sefadu Magistrate Court D.O. Barracks in Koidu City, Kono District for allegedly penetrating an unwell twelve years old girl.
The particulars offence maintained that on Friday 14th November, 2022 at Njaiama Town, Kai Tongeh Lane in Nimikoro Chiefdom, Kono District the accused allegedly penetrated the unwell twelve years old girl name withheld. The matter was prosecuted by Sgt. 9407 Patrick Kabia.
