26yrs old Komba Musa Kassigbana, 28yrs old Gibrilla Kamara, 21yrs old Alhassan Mansaray, 19yrs old Foday Sheriff, 21yrs old Aruna George, 27yrs old Dempa Wanga and 29yrs old Mustapha Mansaray made their first appearance before Magistrate Santigie Bangura of Pademba road court No.3 in Freetown on one count charge to wit Loitering contrary to section 7 of the Loitering oder Act 46 of 1965.
According to the particulars of offence on Saturday 5th November 2022 at Goderich Lumley Road the western area in Freetown were find Loitering.
The charge was read and explained to the accused persons and they pleaded guilty.
The prosecutor informed the Bench that fact as charge there’s no available records against the accused persons.
However, Magistrate Bangura withdrew the file for ruling. The matter adjourned to 11th November 2022 for further hearing. Police constable 15098 Mohamed Abdulai Sesay prosecuting the matter.
