(Bo City, 8 October 2021) As Entertainment is one of the events that brings youth together, Bo Entertainment Awards (BEA) based in Bo City is planning to stage the biggest Entertainment Awards in 2021.
Breaking the news to me, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of BEA, Mohamed Bash Kay Sheriff, said they planned to hold the Fifth Edition of BEA long ago but they had to defer it in order to abide by COVID-19 rules for people not to gather in large numbers in one place for the corona virus not to spread.
He disclosed this is not the first time that BEA is organizing the event, but they will want to organize the one that will be a huge success than previous ones.
Bash Kay Sheriff further disclosed they expect to stage one of the biggest awards’ ceremonies.
He informed they will have to partner with an unnamed mobile phone company that he will not name now.
The CEO of BEA said the recipients of the awards will be musicians, actors, actresses, designers and sports personalities who have performed extremely well and are based in the Southern Region.
He added, the awarding ceremony will be fair and transparent and people who deserve the awards will be recognized.
