Fifty years old Mohamed Kargbo a hairdresser, Twenty-Six years old John Bangura a Labourer, Twenty-eight years old Alusine Kamara a Masoner, thirty-four years old Ibrahim S Foday a Driver and thirty-two years old Sheku Tejan Conteh a teacher made another appearance before Magistrate Mark Ngegba of Pademba road court No.1 in Freetown on two count charges to wit unlawful assembly for procession contrary to the laws of Sierra Leone.

According to the particulars of offence on Tuesday 13th June 2023 at Calaba town foamex Junction the western area in Freetown fail to give notice for procession; on count two the accused persons did behave in a disorderly manner.

On their first appearance the charges were read and explained to the accused person they pleaded not guilty.

Magistrate Ngegba delivered his judgement that he found the accused persons guilty on count one and not guilty on count two he therefore sentenced each accused persons to a jailed term Six months imprisonment to the male correctional center in Freetown

Sergeant 8975 Ibriham Saspo Bangura prosecutes the matter.
