The concert, titled “Corner Corner Love Edition,” is being organised and presented by Sahidmans Construction Company Sierra Leone Limited, bringing together some of the country’s leading entertainment personalities for a major festive season celebration.
One of the highlights of the event will be Star Zee’s performance of her latest song, “Pressure,” released just a week ago; making Makeni one of the first cities to experience the new track live.
The five-act entertainment package will also feature Incredible JJ, Bakitenno, Baby Bernard and Princess H, alongside other popular Makeni-based artistes.
Incredible JJ has promised an exciting performance, featuring some of his popular songs, including “Crush” featuring Jzyno, “City Bill” with King Boss LA, “Novice,” “Decide,” “Mama” and “Bad Bush.”
Also expected to entertain fans is Bakitenno, who has continued to gain popularity following the release of his album, King of the Country Sound (KOTCS). The album features several tracks, including “Scatter,” “Janka Nabay,” “Bismillah” and the trending song “Husai Yu Komot,” featuring Ambassador Kao Denero.
Baby Bernard, known for his distinctive freestyle delivery, will also take the stage, while Princess H, a member of Star Zee’s DOZ Kabal, is expected to add further excitement following her recent high-profile musical exchange with Wisher Baby of Black Leo.
Ahead of the main concert, the organizers have embarked on promotional activities to build excitement among entertainment lovers in Makeni. These include Kiva’s Pub Wednesday Night and UniMak Canteen’s Back to Campus Karaoke, where outstanding male and female performers were rewarded with attractive cash prizes.
The event has also received endorsements from popular entertainment personality President Augustine Jay Tee, while Izi Brandon has confirmed his participation.
