In a proactive move to bolster ongoing development efforts aimed at steering the youth away from drug and substance abuse in Bo district, Chairman Victor Korseh Hindowa generously donated ten computers to the National Youth Commission in Bo.

The ceremony, held at the council’s main building (Falaba section), drew the participation of officials from the National Youth Commission and underscored the commitment to nurturing the future leaders of the nation. They urged the youth to distance themselves from harmful substances that threaten their dreams, passions, and vision for the future.

During the handover of the donated items, Chairman Hindowa stressed the importance of the recipients serving as ambassadors within their communities, spreading messages of hope and advocating against drug abuse. He emphasized the value of instilling a culture of hard work and entrepreneurship skills to foster self-reliance among the youth.

This donation reflects Chairman Hindowa’s dedication to youth empowerment and reinforces the resolve to cultivate a generation of resilient and ambitious leaders in Bo district.
