Sierra Leone Ibrahim Bunduka has secured silver medal in the 60Kg Greco-Roman category in the ongoing African Wrestling Championships in Hammamet, Tunia.
The 2023 Seniors, Juniors, Cadets African Wrestling Championships is the 38th edition of African Wrestling Championships of combined events, and will take place from 15 to 21 May in Himmamat, Tunisia.
The Sierra Leone US Based wrestler Ibrahim Bunduka lost the final of the 60Kg Greco-Roman category to Haithem Mahmoud Ahmed Fahmy of Egypt, after defeating Mohamed Yassine Hkiri of Tunisia in the Quarter Finals and Romio Ricardo Goliath of Namibia in the Semi Finals.
Ibrahim Bunduka will compete again in the 61Kg Freestyle category whilst Mamudu Mohamed Marah will also be competing in the 70Kg Freestyle category on Saturday.
