According to the particulars of offence on Count One, the first accused, Abdul Kamara, on diverse dates between 1 May 2025 and Saturday 16 August 2025, at Sesay Drive off Regent Road, Lumley, Freetown, allegedly economically abused the complainant, Zainab Kamara, by unlawfully depriving her of several valuable properties.
The prosecution alleged that the items included 120 Micro Clorox creams, valued at US$50 each, amounting to US$6,000; five Philips laptop computers, valued at US$800 each; 25 earphones, valued at US$20 each; 10 black microphones, valued at US$15 each; 10 Audiovox LED monitors; 10 Alvis earpods; 50 Cuban twist braids; woven Malaysian long body hair; 100 XQ weavons; 200 8X Rambo tantalizing twist braids; six black round sitting chairs, and other assorted items.
The total value of the alleged stolen items was placed at Le 204,886,500 (two hundred and four million, eight hundred and eighty-six thousand, five hundred New Leones).
On Count Two, the prosecution further alleged that on the same dates and at the same location, the first accused stole the aforementioned items from the dwelling house of the complainant.
On Counts Three and Four, the second and third accused persons, Fatmata Thompson and Agnes Kamara, were alleged to have received stolen property valued at Le 8,245, belonging to Zainab Kamara, knowing the property to have been stolen.
In his submission, State Prosecutor CSP Tommy B. Zizer informed the court that the prosecution had closed its case and urged the court to rule that a prima facie case had been established against the accused persons.
Having heard the submission, Magistrate Mustapha Brima Jah adjourned the matter to 12 February 2026 for ruling.
