His Excellency President Julius Maada Bio has joined world leaders at the United Nations Headquarters in New York for the 80th Session of the UN General Assembly (UNGA), where he is championing greater African representation on the global stage.

As Coordinator of the African Union Committee of Ten (C-10) on UN Security Council Reform, President Bio has been a consistent and vocal advocate for change. His presence at the UNGA highlights Sierra Leone’s commitment to multilateral diplomacy and to addressing critical global challenges.
