The Sierra Leone National U-15 Team have safely arrived In Guinea Conakry to participate in the West African Football Union (WAFU Zone A) Tournament to be hosted in Guinea and Guinea-Bissau on the 21st May 2021.
This is the first WAFU Zone A Tournament where nine countries are expected to participate. The countries include Sierra Leone, Guinea, Mali, Cape Verde, Senegal, Guinea-Bissau, Mauritania, Liberia, and Gambia.
Sierra Leone, alongside Liberia, Mali and Guinea, are seeded in Group One (1). The other group involves Cape Verde, Gambia, Mauritania, Senegal and Guinea-Bissau.
The squad is largely made up of players, who took part in the Sierra Leone Football Association inaugural Mano River Union Football for peace tournament last month in Kenema City.
Sierra Leone will played Mali on the 21st May, Liberia on 22 May and Guinea on 23 May.
The tournament is expected to end on 24th May 2021.

They have three matches to play in the Group stages a win will help them progress to the next rounds of the competition
The boys are determined and want to make a mark in the competition as this is their first appearance in such competition.
