24 years old Issa Koroma a made his final appearance before Magistrate Peter Brima Gogra of Pademba road court No.6 in Freetown on a count of Malicious damage contrary to section 51 of the malicious damage Act 1861.
According to the particulars of offence on Tuesday 26th December at No.7 off college Road, off Congo Cross main motor road the western area in Freetown maliciously damage one Mitsubishi van door valued two thousand Leones (le 2,000) property of Ibrahim Bangura.
When the charge was read and explained to the accused person, he pleaded guilty.
The prosecutor Joel B Sanoh told the bench that fact as charge no available records against the accused person.
The accused person was unrepresented, while he pleaded with the court to temper justice with mercy on his behalf.
Due to the plea mitigation by the accused person, Magistrate Gogra sentenced him to eight months imprisonment to the male correctional facility in Freetown.
