Twenty-two years old Ibrahim Sillah a Labourer made his first appearance before Magistrate Santigie Bangura of Pademba road court No.6 in Freetown on a count of shop breaking and larceny contrary to section 26 (1) of the Larceny Act 1916.
According to the particulars of offence on Saturday 11th November 2023 at Navy Murray Town the western area in Freetown entered into the dwelling house of Isha Bao and stole therein seven rubber chairs, one five gallon palm oil, sixty cups of garri, one scissor, half bag cement, five five gallon rubbers and tw rubber bucket all to the total sum of two thousand six hundred and ninety Leones(2,690) property of Isha Bao
When the charge was read and explained to the accused person No plea was taken
The prosecutor Sergeant 8811 Florence M Wilson seeks for a short adjournment date for her to get proper conference with her witness. Meanwhile Magistrate Bangura refused bail and sent the accused person to the male facility in Freetown.
The matter was adjourned to the 6th December 2023 for further hearing.
