The 2023 National Youth Employment and Entrepreneurship Fair brings networking and learning opportunities for young women and men in Sierra Leone every year, Sierra Rutile, being one of the admirable mining company with more than fifty years of fashionable existence and operations in the country has made significant performance in the just-concluded 2023 National Youth Employment Entrepreneurship Fair at the Freetown International Conference Centre in Aberdeen on Thursday 16th November 2023.
As a well-positioned company that extends its operations in the entire country, it made a glaring participation in exhibiting its products and services during the events, this was done with the company’s top profile personalities in attendance.
The four-day event organized by the Office of the Vice President in collaboration with Ministry of Labour and Social Security and other MDAs with Sierra Rutile being one of the sponsors, attracts young Sierra Leoneans, entrepreneurs and business tycoons so as to help them appropriate choices and keep their dreams alive.
During this process, Sierra Rutile caught the eyes of many prospective entrepreneurs and Sierra Leoneans especially at the height of showcasing their premiership.
The purpose of the 2023 National Youth Employment and Entrepreneurship Fair was focused on connecting young people to employers, recruiters and tertiary institutions for either providing recruitment opportunity or sharpened their diverse skills.
The objectives of the 2023 National Youth Employment and Entrepreneurship pointed at improving the employability of job seekers especially youths, improve the competencies of young people who choose entrepreneurship as a temporary or permanent alternative to employment, connecting students and job seekers to employing organizations for the purpose of placing them in decent jobs and contribute towards the development of the National Job Creation Strategy in Sierra Leone.
Amidst all of these, Sierra Rutile Limited as one of the sponsors made an outstanding impact in a staggering fashion from the start of the event to the end.
