Newly promoted Western United FC will host East End Lions FC today in a Matchweek Four fixture of the Leone Rock Premier League at the Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA) Academy playing field.
Both teams enter the encounter with different objectives. East End Lions have collected two points from their opening two matches and will be seeking their first victory of the 2026/27 campaign. Western United, meanwhile, will aim to build on their recent away win over Diamond Stars FC.
The fixture presents an opportunity for East End Lions to revive their campaign, while Western United will be determined to maintain their momentum and secure another positive result.
East End Lions head coach Patrick Bangura and his technical team will face another test as they seek to guide the club to its first league victory of the season.
In another Matchweek Four fixture, league leaders Wilberforce Strikers FC will take on Diamond Stars FC at the MK3 10 Field at 4:30 p.m.
Wilberforce Strikers head into the encounter following an emphatic 4–1 victory over Bullum Stars FC and will be looking to maintain their winning form and strengthen their position at the top of the table.
The Leone Rock Premier League action will continue over the weekend, with additional fixtures scheduled across the country.
