Three accused persons who were arrested in connection to Boss LA saga, Prezo Koroma, Rahim, and Don Crack Beatz have been released from the Pademba Road Correctional Center on Saturday 25th February 2023.
It could be recalled that the prosecution alleged that on the 15th June 2022, 11 accused persons went to the operations division (OSD) Headquarters of the Sierra Leone Police in Freetown and behaved in a riotous and disorderly manner as they were demanding to see Alhaji Amadu Bah alias LAJ who was being held in custody since 12th June 2022 on allegations of robbery and inflicting grievous bodily harm.
Justice Adrian Fisher substituted the 15 months sentenced of accused persons delivered by Magistrate Mark Ngegba of the Magistrate Court to which three of these accused persons were acquitted and discharged by Justice Adrian Fisher.
Three accused persons of the eight accused that were convicted by Justice Adrian Fisher have been released.
Meanwhile the rapper faces a four count charge indictment to which judgement would be delivered on the 3rd March 2023.
