36yrs old Zechariah Kargbo made his first appearance before Magistrate Santigie Bangura of Pademba road court No.3 in Freetown on one count charge to wit Larceny contrary to section 2 of the Larceny Act 1916.
According to the particulars of offence on Friday 11th November 2022 at Tokeh Village the western rural district in Freetown Stole one hundred and sixty five bags imported cements each valued one hundred and thirty new Leones (130) one hundred and three lengths of half inch iron rods each value one hundred and thirty five new Leones(135) all to the total value of thirty thousand three hundred and fifty five new Leones(35,355) property of Hassan Sesay.
The charge was read and explained to the accused person and pleaded not guilty.
The prosecutor Deputy Superintendent of police Sorie Conteh told the court that his witness is present but he didn’t have proper conference with him he seek for a short adjournment date
The accused person was unrepresented and was refused bail. Matter was adjourned to the 6th December 2022.
