A five (5) man team from the New Harvest Global Ministries secretariat in Bo headed by the Ministries Country Director, Rev. Sumilia Sesay has organized day training for members of the New Harvest Global Ministries, Kono District management team.
The training took place at the New Harvest Global Ministries central house of Gathering Gbensengumbu Street in Koidu City, Kono District.
Addressing participants of the training which started with a discovering Bible Studies (DBS) session, the Country leader of New Harvest Global Ministries foremost welcomed all and urged that everyone should be attentive as the training was very timely and important for the development of the participants and the Ministries.
Sesay maintained that the training objective was to correct the wrongdoings in the day to day activities of the participants and their respective churches in the district. He said the training aimed at equipping the participants so that they too can train other members of the ministries.
The man of God described the participants of the training as very strategic for the work of the New Harvest Global Ministries and therefore implored them to be steadfast in the Lord. Whilst encouraging the participants to replicate the training knowledge in their respective Churches, the Country leader New Harvest Global Ministries quoted second Timothy chapter two verse two. Meanwhile, topics treated during the training was reporting local Church finance records, loyalty, prayer and fasting and New Harvest Global Ministries DNA or practices similar the training was also organized in the other districts that constitute Sierra Leone.
