45yrs old Musa Raka Kamara a driver made another appearance before Magistrate Sahr Kekura of Pademba road court No.1 in Freetown on a count charge of Cyber Stalking and Cyber Bullying Contrary to Section 44 (2) (b) of the Cyber Security and Crime Act 2021.
According to the particulars of offence on Thursday 5th May 2022 through social media Via WhatsApp group “Electoral Commission Staff Assorted(ECSA) of the Electoral Commission Sierra Leone, Tower Hill the western area in Freetown recklessly or internationally sends a message by means of a computer system or Network, he knows to be false, for the purpose of causing danger, obstruction, insult, injury, criminal intimidation, enmity, hatred, ill will or Needless anxiety to the Electoral Commission Sierra Leone or cause such a message to be sent.
Counsel representing the accused person Ibrahim Turay renewed his previous Bail application on behalf of the accused person.
However, Magistrate Keikura granted the accused person bail in the sum of five hundred Leones or one surety in like sum the surety must be resident in Freetown.
The surety must be gainfully employed from a recognized institution the said surety should produce employment letter including identity card of the said institution.
Bail to be approved by the Deputy assistant Registrar.
Matter is adjourned to the 14th July 2022 Sergeant 9155 Dwight McCarthy prosecuting the Matter.
