Alice Gbandia (Housemaid) juvenile and Morrison Koroma (Tiler) stood before Magistrate Sahr Kekura of Pademba Road Court No.1 on two count charges of conspiracy to commit a felony-contrary to law and larceny in dwelling house contrary to section13a of the LA of 1926.

 It was alleged that the accused persons, on Thursday 21st April 2022 at No. 20 Fifth right road, Juba, Freetown conspired together with other person’s unknown to commit via felony to wit larceny in dwelling house and on the same date, at the same place, entered into the dwelling house of Papa Maco7mb Ndiaye (Senegalese). Consultant and stole therein the sum of $9400 equivalent to Le122, 200,000/00 property of Papa Ndiaye.

However, Magistrate Kekura granted bail to each accused persons in the sum of two hundred million Leones or one surety each in like sum both sureties must be elderly and responsible citizen the surety should be resident in Freetown and they should show proof of their residential Status in Freetown bail to be approved by the Deputy assistant Registrar.  

Matter adjourned to the 16th June 2022 for further hearing Sergeant 9155 Dwight Macarthy prosecuting the matter.
