29yrs old Robert Kallon a business man made his first appearance before Magistrate Sahr Kekura of Pademba road court No.1 in Freetown on one count charge to wit Larceny in a Dwelling house contrary to Section 13 (a) of the Larceny Act 1916
According to the particulars of offence on the 8th May 2022 at No.14 Abu drive bango farm Goderich the western area in Freetown entered the dwelling house of Agnes Gandi and stole therein the physical sum of twenty million Leones (20,000,000) property of Agnes Gandi.
The charge was read and explained to the accused person and no plea taken, and the accused person was unrepresented.
However, Magistrate Kekura granted the accused person bail in the sum one hundred million Leones or one surety in like sum surety must be elderly and responsible citizen surety must be resident in Freetown the surety should produce identity card depicting his or her address in Freetown bail to be approved by the Deputy assistant Registrar.
Matter adjourned to the 27th May 2022 for further hearing and Assistant Superintendent of police Ibrahim S Mansaray Prosecuting the matter.
