Police Constable, Alie Suliaman Turay made another appearance before Magistrate Peter Gogra of Pademba road court No.6 in Freetown on a count charge of Larceny contrary to section 2 of the Larceny Act 1916.
According to the particulars of offence on Tuesday 4th January 2022 at operation restore sanitary central police station the western area in Freetown Stole one black TVS Star LX motor Bike with registration number ANS 583 value nine million one hundred thousand Leones (9,100,000) whilst in the custody of police constable 15243 Kallon B property of Sheikh Mohamed A.B Conteh.
The charges was read to the accused person and he pleaded not guilty, and was unrepresented.
Magistrate Gogra refused bail and adjourned the matter to the 18th January 2022, and Inspector Mabel M. Tarawallie prosecuting.
