Patrick Kamara made another appearance before Magistrate Sahr Kekura of Pademba road court No.1 in Freetown on one count charge to wit malicious damage contrary to section 51 of the malicious damage Act of 1861
According to the particulars of offence on Sunday 19th December 2021 at Funkia Junction Goderich the western area in Freetown maliciously damage one Toyota Lanemiser V8 wind Screen with registration number MUS 222 value eleven million seven hundred thousand Leones (11,700,000) Property of Mariama Koroma.
The charges were read to the accused person and he pleaded guilty on his first appearance but he was unrepresented by any legal counsel.
However Magistrate Kekura said taken to consideration that the accused person is a first time offender before the court he find the accused person five hundred thousand Leones or or eight weeks at the male correctional center in Freetown. Police Constable 15152 Turay H.B is prosecuting the Matter.
