The presiding magistrate of Pademba road court No.1in Freetown Magistrate Sahr Keikura has on 17th December 2021 sent pastor Daniel Kai Abu at the male correctional center in Freetown on one count of dishonestly obstruction electricity supply contrary to section 68 (1) (a) of the national electricity Act No.16 of 2011
According to the particulars of offence on Tuesday 26th October 2021 at No.32A dishonestly consumed electricity supply.
Lawyer representing the accused Charles Williams applied for bail on behalf of the accused person that he is a Sierra Leonean resident within this jurisdiction that he has reliable sureties who are willing to enter into recognizance on his behalf.
Bail was refused bail and Assistant Superintendent of police Ibrahim S Mansaray prosecuting the matter. Matter adjourned to the 20th December 2021.
