Sierra Leone Famous Artists and hip hop rapper Alhaji Amadu Bah (L.A.J) 33yrs old is answering to three count charges before Magistrate Sahr Kekura of Pademba road court No.1 in Freetown on Assault on police contrary to section 39 of the police Act No.7 of 1964, Disorderly behaviour contrary to section 12 of the public order Act No.46 of 1965 as repealed and replaced by Section 12 (a) of Act No15 of 1973 and Riotous conduct contrary to Section 12(a) of the Public Order Act No.46 of 1965 as repealed and replaced by Act No15 of 1973 the matter was mentioned in court the accused person and his sureties was absent
According to the particulars of offence on Saturday 17th July 2021 at the Criminal Investigation Department Headquarters custody facility Pademba road the western area in Freetown assaulted police constable 12636 Joseph Lamboi whilst in due execution of his lawful duties.
In count two on the same date at the same place the accused person did behave in a disorderly manner and behavior in a riotous manner.
The matter had been mentioned nine times in court
However Magistrate Keikura issued Bench warrant against the accused person and his sureties.
Inspector I.G Fofanah is prosecuting the Matter which is adjourned to 13th December 2021
