Yusif Turay made another appearance before Magistrate Peter Gogra of Pademba road court No.3 in Freetown on two counts charge of Larceny contrary to section 2 of the Larceny Act 1916 and Fraudulent conversion contrary to section 20 (i) (iv) (a) of the Larceny Act 1916

According to the particulars of offence on Saturday 21st August 2021 at Rawdon Street the western area in Freetown did steal Tasabailee one photo shoot light engine valued ten million Leones (10,000,000) Property of Samuel Will.

And on count two at the same place and date fraudulently converted to his own use or benefit certain property that is to say the Sum of seventy thousand Leones (70,000) entrusted to him by the said complainant for the purpose of repairing one photo shoot light engine.

The accused person was unrepresented, However Magistrate Gogra granted the accused person bail in the sum of twenty million Leones or two sureties in like sum surety to be resident in the western area.

Sureties are to produce valid identity card depicting his/her addresses in Freetown one surety who is employed.

 Bail to be approved by the Deputy Acting Registrar.

Sergeant 1462 Amiza John is Prosecution the matter which is adjourned to the 10th January 2022.
