30yrs old Nurse Haja Isata Kabbia made her first appearance before Magistrate Sahr Kekura of Pademba road court No.1 in Freetown on one count charge to wit Larceny contrary to section 2 of the Larceny Act 1916.
According to the particulars of offence that on Monday 18th October 2021 at No.9 upper savage square Freetown the western area in Freetown Stole one conlog meter with registration number 04221849559, property of Unisa Kassim Kamara.
At the absent of the accused person the Magistrate issued bench warrant against the accused person.
Sergeant Dwight Macarthy is prosecuting the matter, and has been adjourned to the 22nd November 2021.
