Mohamed Sama and Saidu Kamara made another appearance before Magistrate Wilbri Amida John of Ross Road Court No.1 in Freetown on two counts charges to wit Conspiracy to commit a felony contrary to law and Larceny from person contrary to section 14 of the Larceny Act 1916.
According to the particulars of offence on Saturday 21st August 2021 at Low-cost kissy the western area in Freetown conspired together to commit a felony and on count two the accused persons on the same date and place did steal from Gibrilla Kamara one IPhone 12 Promax mobile phone valued the sum of two hundred thousand Euro, equivalent to twenty two million Leones (22,000,000) property of the said Gibrilla Kamara.
The accused persons were unrepresented and no witness was present.
Magistrate Wilbri John sent the accused persons to the male correctional center in Freetown whiles Inspector J.S Bangura Prosecuting the matter adjourned to 24th October 2021
