30yrs old Fatmata Bah made another appearance before Magistrate Sahr Kekura of Pademba road court No.1 in Freetown on two count charges to wit Conspiracy to commit human trafficking contrary to section 18 of the Anti-Human trafficking Act 2005, Act No.7 of 2005 and engaging in trafficking in person contrary to section 2 (1) of the Anti-human trafficking Act 2005.
According to the particulars of offence on diverse dates between the 13th December and 19th December 2021 at Freetown the western area in Freetown conspired together with other persons unknown to traffic Assiatu Bah from
On count two at the same place the accused person engaged in trafficking in person by the receipt of Assiatu Bah from Conakry, Guinea to Sierra Leone by means of deception for the purpose of exploitation.

Prosecution witness number two Sergeant 10646 Abdul Karim Mubarak Fofanah attached to the transnational organized crime unit (TOCU) said he recognized the accused person in the dock.
He recalled on the 22nd December 2021 one Alhaji Jalloh at No.5 Alphonso Lane in Freetown together with inspector L. Bangura and team who are attached to Jui police post arrested and brought in four suspects including the accused person in the dock.
The matter was allocated to him for investigations the witness said he obtained statement from the complainant and his witnesses on the 23rd of December 2019 he obtained voluntary caution statement from the accused person he caution and question the accused person in krio language and which he recorded in English language the witness said at the conclusion of her statement he read it over to the accused person which she admitted to be true by afflicting her right hand thumb print, witness by police constable 13112 Macarthy JPO and he signed as the recorder the voluntary caution statements as been in the custody of the police it was produced and tender as exhibit A1-12 on the 3rd January 2022 he charged the accused person with the offence she stands trials, the witness said he followed the judges rules the charge statement was read and explained to the accused person she admitted to be true by afflicting her right hand thumb print witness by police constable 13905 Jalloh MY and he signed as the recorder the said charge statement was produced and tendered and marked as exhibit B1-3
Counsel representing the accused person A.D Achatoh renewed his previous application for bail on behalf of the accused person
However Magistrate Keikura refused bail and sent the accused person to the Female correctional center special court in Freetown matter adjourned to the 16th March 2022 for further hearing
