In a significant move towards technological advancement and innovation, the Government of Sierra Leone, under the auspices of the Ministry of Communication, Technology, and Innovation, is gearing up to create a groundbreaking Technology City in the heart of Bo, Southern Sierra Leone.
The envisioned Technology City is poised to become a dynamic hub where young minds will receive comprehensive training in various technological domains, including Artificial Intelligence (AI). This visionary project aims to tackle pressing global issues through technological solutions.
On the 14th of October, 2023, Deputy Minister of Communication, Technology, and Innovation, Ibrahim Sannoh, acting on the directives of President Dr. Julius Maada Bio and Chief Minister Dr. David Moinina Sengeh, engaged with key stakeholders in Bo. Notable figures present at the meeting included District Council Chairman.
