We Are 100% Prepared To Face A.S Douances FC In CAF Qualifiers -Fc Kallon GM Says

The General Manager of FC Kallon Football Club Tunder Scott has disclosed to this medium that the team is highly prepared to go head-to-head with AS Douances of Niger in the CAF Confederation Cup clashes at the Southern Arena Stadium.

He further that the team has been in intensive training ahead of the clash this weekend as the Technical team has put the boys together mentally, Physically, and morally going forward, noting that they have brought players to add up to the already squad as they look forward to getting right and qualified to next round of the campaign.

 He affirmed that the team is going into this match with vast knowledge of playing such competitions, stressing that “We learn our mistakes in the last two editions of the campaign and hope to correct those mistakes and move to the group stages of the competition.”

He confirmed that the Technical team is working assiduously to get the boys in the right frame and preparing them ahead for the first-leg crunch tie against the AS Douances at the Southern Arena Stadium. Noting according to the unrest in Niger the home and away matches will have to play at the Southern Arena Stadium.

“As a team, we want to use this opportunity in our hands to qualify for the next of the CAF Confederation Cup,” he said noting that in the last two campaigns, we have not been able to make it to the group stages.

Last Confederation Cup qualifiers FC Kallon was knocked out by an Egyptian side that drew the first leg away and lost the return leg in Egypt. On fan support, he said they have arranged 10 buses that will depart Freetown to BO City where the fans of the team will get the opportunity to support their team in both matches as the first leg will be played on Sunday and the return leg will be on the 1st September 2023 at the same venue.
