Salieu Jalloh made his first appearance before Magistrate Sahr Kekura of Pademba road court No.1 in Freetown on two count charges to wit Conspiracy to commit a crime contrary to law and unlawful possession of short gun contrary to section 11 (1) of the Arms and ammunition Act 2012.
According to the particulars of offence on Thursday 19th August 2021 the accused salieu Jalloh at Makanoh village port Loko the northern province of Sierra Leone conspired together with other persons unknown to commit a crime to wit unlawful possession of short gun and on count two on the same date at the same place was found in possession of one short gun and Four (4) short live rounds of short gun cartridges.
The charges were read to the accused person and he pleaded guilty on all counts
Magistrate Keikura sent the accused person to the male correctional center in Freetown for records and sentenced.
The matter was adjourned to the 25th October 2021; Sergeant 9155 Dwight Macarthy is prosecuting the Matter.
