On October 18, Bryan Hunt, the United States. Ambassador to Sierra Leone visited Dr. Isata Mahoi, the newly appointed Country Director of the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) in Sierra Leone.
During this pivotal meeting, Ambassador Hunt introduced Steven Grudda, the MCC Country Director, emphasizing the U.S. commitment to fostering gender equity in the country’s energy sector.
The discussions centered on critical initiatives to empower women within the energy industry, a sector that has traditionally seen limited female representation.
