According to the particulars of offence, on Saturday, 14 February 2026, at No. 3 Graceland, off Peninsular Road, Goderich in the Western Area of Freetown, the accused persons allegedly conspired with others unknown to commit a felony, namely housebreaking and larceny.

The second count further stated that on the same date and at the same location, the second defendant, with intent to steal, allegedly broke and entered the dwelling house of Otolorin Williams and stole one Microsoft Surface Pro 11 laptop and other assorted items, with a total value of two hundred and fifty-nine thousand four hundred and seventy-eight Leones (Le 259,478), all property of the complainant.

When the charges were read and explained to the defendants, both pleaded not guilty.

Magistrate Jah refused bail and ordered that both defendants be remanded at the Male Correctional Facility in Freetown. The matter was adjourned to 16 April 2026.
