Shaka Bangura and Alhaji Kamara made another appearance before Magistrate Peter Gogra of Pademba road court No.6 in Freetown on one count charge to wit Malicious damage contrary to section 51 of the malicious damage Act 1861.
According to the particulars of offence sometimes in April 2022 at Hamilton village the western area in Freetown maliciously damaged various parts of one Milker with Registration number AMI 697 valued six million Leones (6,000,000) properties of Alfred A. Sesay.
The charges was read and explained to the accused person and they pleaded not guilty on their first appearance.
Both accused persons were granted ten million Leones bail each with two sureties in like sum surety must be resident in the western area on surety to be employed bail to be approved by the Bench,while both defendants and complainant were unrepresented.
However, after so many adjustments dates Magistrate Peter Gogra discharge both accused persons pursuant to section 94 of the Criminal procedure Act No.32 of 1965.
