In a poignant ceremony held today at WARDC Conference Hall in Waterloo, CA Raman Tom Farmar bids farewell as the Chief Administrator of the Western Area Rural District Council (WARDC), officially handing over the reins to the seasoned Chief Administrator, Festus Kallay. The event marked a significant transition in local governance in Sierra Leone.
Expressing mixed emotions, Raman Tom Farmar acknowledged the challenge of leaving where he had invested considerable time and dedication. He conveyed his trust in the administrative and leadership prowess of Mr. Festus Kallay, expressing confidence that Kallay would seamlessly continue the council’s commitment to delivering essential services to the community.
