Morie Sow a Tiler made another appearance before Magistrate Sahr Kekura of Pademba road court No.1 in Freetown on one count charge to wit Larceny dwelling house contrary to Section 13 (a) of the Larceny Act 1916
According to the particulars of offence on Sunday 19th January 2022 at Econ Drive IMATT the western area in Freetown entered into the dwelling house of Haja Fanta Kallon and stole therein assorted items worth ninety nine million two hundred and eighty seven thousand Leones (99, 287000) Property of the said Haja Fanta Kallon
The charge was read and explained to the accused person on his first appearance and pleaded not guilty.
Magistrate Kekura granted the accused person bail in the sum of two hundred million Leones or two sureties in like sum sureties must be resident in Freetown the sureties should produce valid identity card depicting their addresses in Freetown they should be elderly and responsible citizen’s bail to be approved by the Deputy Acting Registrar. Inspector Kadie M Taylor Prosecuting the matter.
Matter adjourned to the 13th April 2022 for further hearing.
