In an effort to give back to their alumni, TOBMAX Foundation for Humanity and Leadership (TFHL) has turned sod for the construction of a modern market within the compound of Holy Trinity Senior Secondary School in Kenema.
This initiative marks another step in the foundation’s ongoing commitment to improving the school’s infrastructure and supporting its growth at different intervals.
Daniel Solomon Vandi Koi, Vice Chairman of the TOBMAX Foundation said the market project was part of the interventions undertaking by the foundation which aimed at enhancing the school environment. “We conducted an assessment for the construction of an ultra-modern market that will be a significant asset to both the students and the broader community here,” he stated.
Emphasizing that the market project is not the first initiative the foundation had undertaken. He added that they would continue to improve and maintain standards of the school.
Mr. Vandi highlighted several contributions by the foundation, including organizing free summer school lessons for the students, providing medical supplies during the COVID-19 pandemic, and delivering teaching and learning materials to aid both pupils and teachers.
