Police attached to the Regional criminal investigations department of the Sierra Leone Police south are currently investigating a Tanker driver for allegations of murder in Bo. According to sources the hired Socfin Agriculture Tanker was enroute to Freetown with palm oil loaded from Sahn malen when the driver suddenly ran into an aged woman leaving her dead on Tuesday 26th July, 2022 along the Bo Koribondo road highway Shellmingo Section in Bo.
Police constable Alhaji Usman Mansaray deputy Regional Media and public relations officer of the Sierra Leone police force south maintained that the driver Kaprry Kargbo with tanker registration number AOQ 441 was under the influence of alcohol and could not recognize his actions even when he was rescued by police officers from Mob justice.
Police constable Alhaji Usman Mansaray further told our Correspondent that after the said tanker has ran into the aged woman the tanker fell down and the people around applied the PMB scenario which was initially difficulty to put under control by the police that visited the scene of crime.
