22yrs old Idrissa Thorley a tailor made his first appearance before Magistrate Peter Brima Gogra of Pademba road court No.6 in Freetown on three count charges to wit Wounding with intent, Wounding and assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
According to the particulars of offence on Sunday 5th February 2023 at No.4b Susan’s Bay the western area in Freetown maliciously wounded Nabieu Sorie Kamara with intent to do him grievous bodily harm on count three the accused person at the same date and place assaulted the said complainant in a manner thereby occaisioning him actual bodily harm.
The charges were read and explained to the accused person No plea taken.
The prosecutor Inspector Musu Edna Kpulun seeks for a short adjournment date for her to get proper conference with her witness.
Meanwhile Magistrate Gogra refused bail and sent the accused person to the male correctional center in Freetown matter adjourned to the 13th March 2023 for further hearing.
