SLPP POSTPONES NATIONAL DELEGATE CONVENTION

A release from the Sierra Leone Peoples Party, SLPP states that the planned national delegation convention has been deferred to by a week. It was initially slated to run from the 22nd to the 23rd December.

According to the release the decision for the postponement is for members to participate in the ongoing census.

Consequently, the emergency National Executive Council meeting is going to be convened at the CATCO International hall to endorse the proposed postponement of the date for the national delegate conference in Bo.

 This emergency meeting scheduled for the 15th meeting is consistent with Article 5 clause c 1 of the 2020 constitution of the SLPP

The press release is endorsed by the SLPP Secretary General Umaru Napoleon Koroma.
