The Sierra Leone Premier Board Disciplinary Committee has on 9th April 2022 fined FC Kallon football club and awarded three points and three goals to Bo Rangers football club.
This decision came as a result of the terrible pitch invasion that unfolded in the match between Bo Rangers and FC Kallon at the BO mini Stadium in the Southern District of Sierra Leone, where the match official awarded a penalty and a red to FC Kallon player, that spark the whole issue in the second half of play.
According to the referee’s report, he was awarded a penalty to Bo Rangers Football Club, because FC Kallon player Sallieu Tarawallie hand touch the ball in the eighteen yard box, and it was a clear penalty, he show the red to FC Kallon player a red for the foul and tell the players to move and allowed the spot-kick to be taken on that process the player attack the referee. After getting both sides of the referee and the match commissioner reports the disciplinary committee rules the following:
1. That three points and three goals are awarded to in favor of BO Rangers Football club in respect of the said match.
2. That FC Kallon is fined the sum of five million Leones for misconduct which caused the abandonment of the said match this is by rule (41) of the PLB
3. That Sallieu Tarawallie and Alpha Turay of FC Kallon are banned for two matches and fine the sum of two hundred thousand Leones each.
4. Hassan M. Kamara of FC Kallon is banned for four matches and fined the sum of one million
5. That the following Officials, Musa Borbor, Kali and Nabieu Kamara are each fine one million five hundred thousand Leones.
6. The entire reserve players of FC Kallon by rule 29.9.
7. Chernor Cidy Bah, team doctor of FC Kallon is banned for four matches and fined two million Leones for Slapping the assistant coach of Bo Rangers.
In another development, the disciplinary committee after looking through the referee report it was clear that Port Authority Football club abandoned the match after the referee has awarded a penalty to Bai Bureh Warriors and the committee has there to take such decisions
That they have awarded three points and three goals to Bai Bureh Warriors football club following their abandoned match with Port Authority.
2. Those three players of Port Authority Football club are banned for three matches, they players are Lassan Kamara, in Seventeen jersey, Michael P. Sesay (27) and Mohamed Kamanor in (25) Jersey and the said players are to miss their next matches.
3 That the Medical Officer Abu B. Sesay is banned for two matches
4. That both the head coach and Lamin Bangura and the Assistant coach are both fine for the technical area in the next matches.
Port Authority Football club is also fine the sum of one million Leones in the match between FC Johansen where the head coach Lamin Bangura denied the match balls to be used in that match after it was agreed between the two teams.
