Mohamed Kallon one of the disqualify nominees
Following contentions and filing of complaints from some football stakeholders around the pending elections, the Sierra Leone Football Association has heard electoral appeals and come with key decisions that have been catalogued hereunder:
1. The Committee holds that the Western Area Urban Football Association IS NOT a valid Member of the Sierra Leone Football Association as at the close of nomination at 5:00pm of the 8th January, 2021.
2. That Mighty Black pool Football Club IS NOT a valid member of the Sierra Leone Football Association as at the close of nomination at 5:00pm of the 8th January, 2021.
3. That the Electoral Committee SHOULD NOT accept the nomination of the Association of Football Veterans relating to Mohamed Kallon.
4. That the Electoral Committee SHOULD NOT accept the nomination of the Western Area Rural District Football Association in relation to Kasho J. Holland-Cole.
5. That the Western Area Urban District Football Association is hereby fined the sum of One Million Leones (Le 1,000,000) for bringing the nomination process into disrepute.
6. That the Mighty Black pool is hereby fines the sum of One Million Leones (Le 1,000,000) for bringing the nomination process into disrepute.
7. That the SLFA secretariat publishes the list of regularized members not later than 11am of the 30th January, 2021.
8. That the following Secretariat Staff- Alusine Aiah Kabba and Mohamed Bowen Freeman- are hereby restricted from participating in any electoral related activities.
