Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA) President, Babadi Kamara, together with the Acting General Secretary, Mohamed Benson Bawoh, departed Freetown for Praia, Cape Verde.
The two officials will proudly represent Sierra Leone at the West African Football Union Zone A (WAFU-A) General Assembly, scheduled to be held on Saturday, 13th September 2025.
The assembly will bring together football leaders from across the sub-region to deliberate on key matters affecting the growth, governance, and future of football within WAFU-A. Sierra Leone’s presence at this high-level engagement reflects the Association’s continuous commitment to regional collaboration and active participation in the development of the game on the continent.
